Just because you are on a keto diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on essential camping treats - s'mores! These keto s'mores are super easy to make and don’t have all the carbs and sugars that regular smores have. This excellent recipe and image were taken from the Keto Focus website, check them out for tons of keto friendly, low carb and sugar free ideas.
Ingredients

1/4 cup almond flour

2 teaspoons coconut flour

1 tablespoon golden monkfruit sweetener

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon butter
-
15 drops of graham cracker extract
-
pinch salt

4 Max Mallow Marshmallows

4 Sugar Free Chocolates
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Make keto graham crackers: In a small bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, golden sweetener, egg yolk, butter, graham cracker flavoring and salt. Use a fork to help cut the butter into the dough.
Place dough in between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to an 1/8 inch thick using a rolling pin.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut out square cracker shapes and place on a parchment lined baking tray spacing about 1 inch apart. Prick the tops of the crackers with a fork to allow for air to escape while baking (prevents crackers from puffing up).
Bake low carb graham crackers at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden brown along the edges. Let cool completely before handing. They are very delicate and will break if you hold them too soon.
Place Max Mallow marshmallows on your roasting stick and carefully roast over an open flame until melty and toasted (about 15 seconds)
Place one sugar free graham cracker down. Top with a keto chocolate square. Then layer down toasted marshmallow and top with another graham cracker.
