Maxed out Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich

My favorite treat for the family!
Ingredients

1 egg
-
1/4c tahini
-
2c almond flour
-
½ cup tapioca
-
1tbsp hempseed
-
1tbsp flaxseed
-
2 tbsp shredded coconut
-
4 melted Max Mallows (15 seconds in microwave)

1/2 tsp baking soda
-
1 tsp Himalayan salt
-
1/2 cup chocolate chips (sugar-free)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, Add wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well, Add all of the ingredients, Mix well, Portion out onto parchment lined baking tray, Bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes or until golden along the edges Toast or melt 1/4 mallow at a time and place it between two cookies. (when toasting, keep mallow from flame), Place one toasty mallow between two cookies and bite in!
